Stripe is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Hunter team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our funded startup clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and a passion for helping businesses succeed. This position is based in either Milan or Madrid and requires fluency in Italian.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with funded startup clients, acting as the primary point of contact.,Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.,Manage and track client accounts, including contract renewals, upsells, and account health.,Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and other client-facing activities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in a sales or customer success capacity.,Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and a passion for helping businesses succeed.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.,Experience with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
