Finance Staff - Accounts Payable & Petty Cash Management

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage petty cash transactions, including disbursements and reconciliations.
• Process and verify expense reimbursements for employees.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) payments, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor communications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare and submit monthly petty cash reports and AP summaries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports as needed.
• Provide support to the finance team during month-end and year-end processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable and petty cash management.
• Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant regulations.
