📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead employee development programs, including training and coaching initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture through engagement activities and initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and talent management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee development.
• Proven experience in a strategic HR role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
