📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.,Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies.,Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Support the team in achieving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic production equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Willingness to work in a hybrid (office and home) setting.
