📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, feedback, and training needs.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software is a plus.,Hospitality degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
