📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Schedule and coordinate training sessions with trainers and participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training strategy.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel for training sessions as needed.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
