📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and legal research to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Manage legal disputes and represent the company in court when necessary.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, including structuring deals and identifying legal risks.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to proactively address potential issues.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on Indonesian law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system, including corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
