📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate loss claims related to heavy equipment.,Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information and evidence.,Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for claim settlements.,Coordinate with insurance companies, policyholders, and third-party vendors.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.,Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and activities.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Loss Adjuster or in a related role.,Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving heavy equipment.,Familiarity with insurance claims processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
