As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our order fulfillment process, coordinating with our suppliers and logistics partners, and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our inventory levels are optimized and that we are meeting the demands of our customers. With your strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you will help us to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and to drive the growth of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize order processing and fulfillment for e-commerce and wholesale operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain and update inventory records using Shopify and other inventory management tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that we are meeting the demands of our customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and wholesale operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or wholesale operations.
• Proficient in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market and e-commerce trends is a plus.
