📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the specific needs of each position.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the energy or related industries.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
