Indonesia Digital is looking for a dedicated QC Staff to join our team. As a QC Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality checks on products and services to ensure they meet our standards.,Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.,Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.,Provide training and guidance to other team members on quality standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience as a QC Staff or in a related role.,Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
