📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in accordance with US GAAP standards.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders as required.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in accounting and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a US GAAP environment.,Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
