📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and implement PLC-based automation and control systems for industrial applications.,Program and configure PLCs using industry-standard languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver efficient solutions.,Conduct testing and commissioning of automation systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support to end-users.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation and control technologies.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for automation and control systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC programming and automation systems.,Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for industrial applications.,Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.,Familiarity with industry-standard automation protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
