📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording of all financial activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor budget performance and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Work with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial support and advice.
• Stay updated with the latest financial trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is a plus.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
