📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of departmental activities.,Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Supervise and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Manage departmental budgets and resources efficiently.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally.,Ensure all regulatory requirements and accreditations are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with hospital information systems.
