📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the coffee or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
