📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Banquet Manager in planning and organizing banquet events.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary resources for events.,Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and catering.,Assist in creating and managing event budgets and schedules.,Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and clients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.,Handle event documentation and reporting.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet or event coordination.,Proven experience in managing event logistics and vendor relationships.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for event management.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
