IRIS Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Balikpapan. This role is crucial in supporting our HR department in managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources processes.

As a Deputy HR Officer, you will play a key role in assisting the HR Manager in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential in this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with HR regulations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid SIM (ID card) and NPWP (tax identification number).
