📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to build and maintain relationships.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
