In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and other transportation assets.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and qualified to operate the vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption, and report on fleet performance metrics.,Manage vehicle insurance and registration, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed for business operations.,Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving company vehicles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
