📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to gather insights and improve service quality.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
