📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and networks.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware.,Provide technical support to employees and users.,Monitor system performance and ensure data security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth operations.,Provide training and guidance to new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
