📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and coordination of employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.,Support the HR team in the administration of benefits and compensation programs.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR metrics and reports.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR technology and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technology.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
