Sumber Anggi Dental Clinic is looking for a Lead HR Staff to join our team in Kupang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the growth of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.,Support the management in decision-making processes related to HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with dental industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
