📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the patient care environment by following infection control protocols and standard precautions.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the smooth operation of the patient care unit.,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest medical practices, technologies, and regulations relevant to patient care.,Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or patient care setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
