📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business relationships.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales projects.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ceramics or construction materials industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and industry trends.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
