Shop Central Sentosa is looking for a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.,Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.,Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures to protect critical data.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices, and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.,Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with network protocols and devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.
