📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Develop and maintain contract templates and standard clauses to ensure consistency and efficiency.,Oversee the execution of contracts, including monitoring performance, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.,Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on commercial and project management activities.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of contracts to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the continued success of our projects.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, negotiation, and strategic commercial activities.,Proven track record of successfully managing and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international contract law and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
