📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.,Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Monitor and record customer data and interactions accurately.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Proven experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic financial transactions and record-keeping.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
