📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests with a friendly and professional manner.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.,Maintain accurate records of visitor and guest information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Assist in training and supervising junior receptionists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
