📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer service standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.
