📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Lead and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions and requirements.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
