📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile accounts payable and bank statements on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and monitor overdue payments
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
