HR Internship Program

As an HR Intern at Indofood, you will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. You will have the chance to assist in organizing HR events and workshops, and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing HR events and workshops, such as orientation programs and team-building activities.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including handling employee inquiries and resolving conflicts.
• Assist in performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Contribute to the development of HR reporting and analytics, using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Enthusiasm and passion for HR and Talent Acquisition.
