📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns using platforms like CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Marketing, and ShareASale
• Monitor affiliate program performance and track key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue
• Support the operations team with administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and coordination
• Prepare and analyze reports using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and Power BI
• Assist in developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of affiliate marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital advertising
• Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining files, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts and affiliate marketing principles
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus
