📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of the branch
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Officers (BOs)
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the individual lending portfolio
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team
• Participate in training and development programs for the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in individual lending, preferably in a bank or financial institution
• Proven track record of successfully managing a branch and driving growth
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and financial software such as SAP or Oracle
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian
