📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in event setup and breakdown, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place and properly organized
• Manage event logistics, including guest check-in, seating arrangements, and room setup
• Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable event experience
• Collaborate with the event team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event
• Assist with event promotions and marketing activities to build awareness and attendance
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field
• Proven ability to work well in a team and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist guests effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with event management software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle, if required
• Enthusiasm for the events industry and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences
